Details 1.1. A natural person-entrepreneur of the 3rd group of EP - from UAH 600/month.

This package is beneficial for entrepreneurs who rent premises or provide services according to contracts. All funds for the provided services are deposited into the current account of customers who are satisfied with the contract. They have no employees. In this case, the FOP independently maintains primary documentation, which is very scarce. With the correct conclusion of the contract, two or three documents are issued per year (agreement, acts of transfer and acts of reconciliation). Or when changing the customer.

The base price of item package 1.1 includes:

  • standard, as in all companies, the starting volume is 10 business operations;
  • maintaining a book of income in the format of electronic tables;
  • maintenance of the client-bank, preparation of standard payment documents;
  • analysis of received income for compliance with KVED and compliance with the contract;
  • assessment of taxes, other mandatory payments;
  • carrying out control with the SFS of payments of the FOP and as an individual;

The base price of item package 1.2 includes:

  • standard, as in all companies, the starting volume is 10 business transactions;
  • maintenance of primary documentation and income book in the format of electronic spreadsheets;
  • verification of the availability, correctness and compliance of primary documents;
  • maintenance of the client-bank, preparation of standard payment documents;
  • analysis of received income for compliance with KVED and compliance with the contract;
  • assessment of taxes, other mandatory payments;
  • carrying out control with the SFS of payments of the FOP and as an individual;
  • compilation and submission of tax and financial statements;
  • consultations on business activities - one hour;

Details 1.3. Additional services.
  • carrying out more than 10 operations included in the tariff - from UAH 40 per operation;
  • preparation of a package of documents (invoice, deed, invoice) - from UAH 60 per package;
  • consulting for more than 1 hour is included in the tariff;
  • calculation of wages to employees and creation of documents for its payment;
  • salary plan: UAH 1,500 for the first two employees and UAH 600 for each subsequent one;

Details 2.1. Legal entity, not a VAT payer - from UAH 4,800/month.

Basic starter package for a legal entity on a single tax or on a general system without accounting for VAT. Has one basic hour of time for consulting or preparation of additional documents.

The base price of item package 2.1 includes:

  • standard, as in most companies, the starting volume is up to 20 business operations;
  • salary project, as in most companies - up to 3 employees;
  • consultations on business activities - 1 hour;
  • accounting of the client's enterprise according to national and international standards;
  • ledn accounting of all primary documents in accordance with the requirements of the law;
  • adjustment of accounting in accounting programs;
  • introduction of primary documentation into accounting programs;
  • formation of accounting and tax documents;
  • assessment of taxes, other mandatory payments;

This package is used during the suspension of the activity of a legal entity - there are no business transactions. It only provides for the formation and submission of all types of reporting. If the director's salary is charged, but there are no operations, then the cost of the package is from UAH 1,500/month. If additional services are needed, they can be obtained from package 2.3

Our price is very attractive for businesses and entrepreneurs who work on a recalculation basis and provide services to hundreds and thousands of customers. More details about some maintenance issues

Practically all packages in Ukraine are provided under the condition that the customer has an employee who knows how to work with office programs and is responsible for the preparation of documents for processing. Otherwise, it is done by our specialist and the cost of services increases by the amount of hours spent entering data into the table.

In the salary package, we provide the services of automation of calculations if the customer has an accountant who is in control and responsible for calculating wages. That is, we perform the work of the second accountant, who performs the volume of draft work on the preparation of documents for the calculation and payment of wages and the preparation of reports. We insure the accountant when he is on vacation or on sick leave. In principle, we do not work as the first number for calculating wages. Sometimes the company works normally, but at a certain stage "big cost savings" can begin with distortions in the salary processes. And there is responsibility not only according to legislation, but also to higher powers.
